To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our chiropody office, including our hours, location and appointment scheduling.

Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance
We are registered with Telus e-claims and Provider Connect. We can direct bill for office visits only, with a number of insurance companies (not all – sorry) with the payment being payable to you. Please check with reception if your insurance company is available for direct billing.

You will still need to settle the cost of the appointment with us, but we will send the invoice to your insurance company and they will reimburse you according to your plan limits. At present we cannot direct bill for other treatments (i.e. Orthotics). In that instance, we can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Payment
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit & Cash.  You can also buy gift cards for your friends or relatives or load our gift cards as a way to plan for later treatments.

Parking
Patient parking is available at the front and rear of the building. For those with disabilities wider bay parking as available at the front of the building with access available through the main front lobby door on the first floor. There is a small fixed fee of $3.00 charged by the parking lot operator, payable on exit by cash, Visa or Mastercard.
